Dr. Franck is truly incredible and has a heart of gold! Our 9 month old sustained an extravasation injury abroad. We were told she needed a complicated 2-part surgery and an extended hospital stay. We visited him for a second opinion after he was recommended to us by an esteemed colleague who said he was the absolute best. He blew us away with his calm and reassuring demeanor, his expertise, and his kindness. When nearly every other surgeon recommended the surgery, he confidently recommended treating the wound conservatively. He checked in with our family numerous times over the next few months and under his care, her wound healed well. He truly treated our little girl like his own child and we are eternally grateful. 2 years later, everyone is shocked by how great it looks and by how small her scar is! We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Franck!  He stepped up to take my daughter's case; her ear had been bitten off by a dog. He did the surgery, provided care in the hospital for 2 weeks and post procedures.  He checks in with her on her progress and has been supportive all along the way. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Phillip Franck and his incredible surgical scheduler, Jocelyn. My 14-year-old daughter, needed a rhinoplasty after breaking her nose three times playing sports. She was also dealing with a deviated septum and a bone spur, which made breathing difficult.

As a mother, I was extremely nervous about her undergoing surgery—especially at such a young age. I spent countless hours researching and meeting with doctors, trying to find someone I could fully trust. From the moment we met Dr. Franck, I knew we were in the best hands.

His bedside manner is truly exceptional—kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question, and made both me and my daughter feel completely comfortable and confident moving forward. Jocelyn was equally amazing—so organized, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy.

The results are beyond anything we could have hoped for. My daughter’s nose looks absolutely beautiful and natural, and most importantly, her breathing has improved 100%. It has truly been life-changing for her.

I had a fantastic experience and outcome with Dr. Franck. I elected for primary rhinoplasty. Dr. Franck was friendly (and funny), communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. As I shopped around for surgeons, Franck was the only surgeon to actually examine and touch my face. Respectfully to the others, I found it strange that other surgeons walked me through photoshop rather than inquiring as to my nasal/sinus history and goals. Some surgeons were dismissive of my questions re: technique. I was looking for a surgeon who was not over-marketing themself on social media, trained ENT, and preferably early-ish in their career in plastics. Plus, his work spoke for itself. I wanted a “natural” look, rather than a barbie nose or overturned tip. These photos are one week post-op. Dr. Franck came highly recommended by a dear, mutual friend and did not disappoint. 12/10 recommend!

UPDATE: I am now 11 months post op and the result is everything I could hope for! A baseline level of confidence exists now that was not there before. I relocated to Denver from the city, and it’s a very arid climate (windy, dry, dusty). I’m able to breathe much better up here (a mile in the sky) and in general. I’m able to clear my sinuses fully. I cannot recommend Dr. Philipp Franck highly enough! When my 5-year-old needed stitches unexpectedly, he jumped into action without a moment's hesitation. His bedside manner is truly a gift, and his rapport with my child was nothing short of magic — he managed to keep a wiggly, upset child completely calm and even entertained throughout the process. He was patient, engaging, and incredibly fast, and my daughter was genuinely surprised at how quickly it was over. I reside in Southern California. Thanks to Dr Franck he has helped restore my confidence by 1000%! I found his office while doing my homework on CVG ( Cutis Verticis Gyrata). One of the few who actually perform this procedure. It's quite the process to say the least. To sum it up, it took a few trips to get it dialed in to where we are all happy with the final outcome. I had the greatest opportunity of meeting Dr. Franck thru a previous surgeon that I was seeing.  I was recommended to him for a tummy tuck.  The total experience  of Dr. Franck and his team were professional, kind and understanding.  We came to the conclusion that would work best for me is to choose an epidural, the fact that going completely under was not for me.
My recovery period was less time.  My overall health experience was amazing.

Not to say the least of Dr Franck’s kind bedside manners and his professionalism gave me all the confidence in him to proceed.  I trusted him fully.     My Tummy was everything and more I hoped for.

Within in seven months I came back for a lip lift and a chemical peel.

My lips look amazing and my face is vibrant and younger.  I recommend Dr Franck as one of the best surgeons.  A Five Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to a wonderful man and a great Doctor.

I was referred to Dr Franck by Dr Kassir, who had done my face the previous year. I came to see him in his office 4 months ago. At the time I explained, I wanted a tummy tuck and lipo. Good listener! Once I finished, he explained what he felt I needed. I knew right there that he was the right person  to perform this surgery. Three months later, I went back and discussed the surgery in detail with him. Not only did he make sure I understood the procedures, but he kept asking if I had questions. The few questions I had, he happily answered them. I left the office confident that he was the surgeon for me.
On the day of the surgery, I arrived and felt special. Each doctor Dr Franck and the anesthesiologist were there and took their time to make sure I was relaxed and ok with the procedure. Dr Franck office staff were the best! Everyone is attentive and professional. The two nurses were so caring. A few seconds later, I had two handsome doctors next to me. Four hours later, I woke up. Felt little pain.
Dr Franck also took the time to explain everything to my friend who picked me up.
It's been a week, and the results of my surgery are starting to show. It's healing quickly.
Today, I thank Dr. Kassir,  for referring me to Dr Franck. I'm eager to see the final result!!

I have now had several surgical and non surgical procedures done by Dr. Franck. He is amazing! He explains everything in detail and gives you realistic expectations on results. He has an awesome personality and I am very comfortable with him. I recently had a procedure done that I wanted done for years but was uncomfortable seeing a doctor about. I felt comfortable enough with him to not only discuss it but to have it done…I’m loving the results!! He has also done injectables on me which have been great! I will not go to any other doctor for cosmetic needs….he’s excellent!!!
